1. Services Offered


Welcome to New Times Digital Creations (Pty) Ltd (the Company)! We specialise in unleashing your brand's potential through a range of creative services. This includes:

  • High-Quality Photography and Videography: We capture stunning visuals that tell your brand story and leave a lasting impression. From product photography to captivating event coverage, our team is passionate about bringing your vision to life.
  • Compelling Company Profiles: Stand out from the crowd with a professional and engaging company profile that showcases your brand essence and values. We combine impactful visuals with clear, concise writing to create a document that grabs attention and builds trust.
  • Custom Photobooks: Transform cherished memories into beautiful, personalized photobooks. Our design expertise goes beyond just placing photos; we create a narrative flow that allows you to relive your stories in a unique and unforgettable way.
  • Professional Logo Design: A well-designed logo is the cornerstone of your brand identity. Our experienced designers will create a unique and memorable logo that embodies your brand essence and sets you apart from the competition.


The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at its discretion.


2. Client Responsibilities


To ensure a smooth and successful project, we kindly ask our clients to adhere to the following:

  • Revisions: We want you to be thrilled with the final product! Clients are entitled to one (1) revision of videos and company profiles. Additional revisions may incur a fee of R750 per revision. Revisions are permitted within three (3) days from the date you receive your photos or videos. Timely communication and clear feedback during the revision process are essential for meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
  • Communication: Keeping the lines of communication open is key. We encourage clients to maintain open and clear communication throughout the project. This allows us to address any questions or concerns promptly and collaboratively ensure the project aligns with your vision.
  • Ownership and Usage: It's important to obtain the necessary permissions! Clients are responsible for acquiring any permissions, licenses, or releases needed for the use of copyrighted materials, trademarks, or recognizable individuals depicted in the photographs, videos, or company profiles. The Company is not liable for any legal implications arising from the unauthorized use of materials provided by the client.
  • Payment: We appreciate your promptness! Clients are responsible for timely payment of all fees and charges as outlined in the agreement. Failure to adhere to the agreed-upon payment terms may result in the withholding of deliverables or termination of services.
  • Care of Equipment: We entrust you with our gear! Clients are responsible for the safety and care of any equipment provided by the Company during a photoshoot. Any damages caused by negligence or misuse will result in additional charges for repairs or replacements.
  • Cancellation and Rescheduling: We understand that things can change! Clients are required to provide advance notice in the event of cancellation or rescheduling of a photoshoot. Cancellations made within one week of the scheduled date may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in the agreement.


3. Payment Terms


Ensuring a smooth financial transaction is important:

  • Booking Confirmation: All bookings require a 50% deposit confirmation, which must be made seven (7) days prior to the scheduled service delivery date. Our quotations are valid for a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of issuance.
  • Booking Deadline: To guarantee our availability, bookings for services must be made at least seven (7) days before the scheduled service delivery date.
  • Balance Payment: The remaining balance for each project must be settled upon completion of the project. No deliverables, including photographs, videos, or company profiles, will be released to the client until the outstanding balance is settled in full.
  • Methods of Payment: We offer flexible payment options! Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or any other method specified by the Company. Payment details will be provided upon confirmation of booking.
  • Late Payment: Timely payments are appreciated. Failure to settle the outstanding balance at the conclusion of the project may result in late fees, interest charges, or other penalties as outlined in this agreement. Late payment will be subjected to a penalty of 25% of the whole quoted amount.
  • Cancellation and Rescheduling: We require advanced notice for any changes. Cancellations or rescheduling of bookings must be made at least seven (7) days before the scheduled service delivery date. Cancellations made after the booking is confirmed or during the period when services are rendered are subject to forfeiture of the 50% deposit amount with a 25% cancellation penalty.

We retain ownership and copyright of all photographs, videos, and company profiles produced by the Company unless
